You are what you eat

Beautiful skin starts from within – with a healthy diet, adequate hydration and plenty of sleep. Eating the right foods can make a huge difference in your skins appearances.   2. yes, if you eat extremely unhealthy you will start to break out. I can't guarantee that you won't break out if you do eat healthy, but fruits and vegetables definitely help. you can't say that you have used every product and every trick or tip until you try to eat healthier.

  3. it's true. my one friend can't eat too much chocolate or she breaks out really bad.

  4. Chocolate, doughnuts,and other unhealthy sweets will definitely make you breakout. Another awful acne food is Chinese food or other extremely salty foods will make some peoples skin dry, irritated, and/or cause acne.
